Spotlight Award: McDonald's Corporation WorldwideTraining, Learning & Development


The Learning CONSORTIUM is proud to announce that McDonald’s Corporation-WorldwideTraining, Learning & Development (WWTL&D) will receive a Learning Spotlight Award at Elliott Masie’s Learning 2011, November 6-9, in Orlando, FL.

This award recognizes 50 years of Hamburger University, which has become McDonald’s center of training excellence and one of the most outstanding corporate training organizations in the world. Focusing on the importance of talent, knowledge and skills in a global marketplace, McDonald’s WWTL&D has led the way along with seven global Hamburger Universities. They have role modeled learning innovations ranging from intensive local training programs to global programs, while leveraging emerging technologies for workforce learning.

McDonald’s Corporation WWTL&D will receive this award at Learning 2011, in front of over 1,700 corporate learning leaders from around the globe. President Bill Clinton and inventor Dean Kamen will be keynoting Learning 2011.
