Learning 2011 Hotel Information:

All Learning 2011 sessions will take place at
Disney's Coronado Springs Convention Center.

The primary hotel for Learning 2011 is Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. We have reserved a block of hotel rooms for participants at the rate of $156 per night plus taxes. We have a limited availability of rooms at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, but have secured rooms at an overflow hotel, Disney’s Caribbean Beach, at the same rate. We will have shuttle buses running a continuous loop between the conference to Disney’s Caribbean Beach in the morning and at the end of each day.

Disney is also able to offer a discounted rate at the Animal Kingdom Lodge at the rate of $209 plus taxes for those looking for a different option; however, if you choose the Animal Kingdom Lodge, you will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the conference hotel.

Airport Shuttle Information

Orlando International Airport has several transportation options available so that you really do not need to rent a car. Taxis and town cars are always an option, but there is also Disney's Magical Express Service.
