What is the general schedule for Learning 2011?
Sunday: Opening Session 7:29pm-9:30pm Monday: Sessions 9:00am-7:00pm Tuesday: Sessions 8:00am-5:30pm Wednesday: Sessions 9:00am-11:30am A detailed session schedule will go out to attendees in late September so you will have plenty of time to see which sessions you are interested in attending. You do NOT need to sign up for sessions in advance.
How long does it take to get to Disney’s Coronado Springs from the Orlando Airport (MCO)?
It is approximately 40 minutes from the airport to the hotel. It may take longer during peak traffic hours, but giving 40 minutes should be fine.
Is there transportation between the airport and hotel?

What meals are included?
Your conference registration fee includes a continental breakfast on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, as well as lunch on Monday and Tuesday. Please remember that your name badge is your meal ticket and must be visible. Monday breakfast- 8:00am until 9:00am Monday lunch - 1:15pm until 2:30pm Tuesday breakfast - 7:00am until 8:00am Tuesday lunch - 12:15pm until 1:30pm Wednesday breakfast 8:00am until 9:00am
How should I dress?
Our conference is a casual learning environment, so dress for your comfort. Please be aware that convention rooms are often highly air conditioned, so you may want to wear layers.
Can my spouse or friend who will be traveling with me attend any sessions?
You will need to have a name badge on to attend sessions. The only session that extra people would be allowed to attend would be the keynote session Monday evening if space allows. If you are interested in having someone join you for that session, please see a staff person onsite and we will provide a special ticket for that person to attend.
Can my spouse/family or friend who will be traveling with me attend the Learning 2011 celebration dinner and/or concert?
You will need to purchase a dinner ticket for family members or friends to join you for dinner. They will be available at our registration counter starting Monday morning. Everyone is welcome to join you for the entertainment portion of the celebration.
Are there Group Discounts for Learning 2011?
We do offer discounts to groups with 5 or more. If you have a group of 5 or more paying attendees for Learning 2011, contact Cathy Masie to set up a group discounted rate. What is the Learning Consortium?
The Learning CONSORTIUM is a paid corporate membership that provides access to collaboration, work projects, exclusive access to Elliott Masie’s research and multiple other resources. The group consist of 242 organizations including some of the largest companies in the world (e.g., Wal-Mart, McDonalds, jcpenney, American Express and Ericsson). Do I need a rental car?
There are lots of transportation options from Orlando International Airport (refer to the transportation between the airport and hotel question for details). All the conference activities are located at Disney’s Coronado Springs property. Disney also provides free shuttle bus transportation to their parks and the Downtown Disney entertainment area.
What is the process for leading a session at Learning 2011?
