Lori Aiken is a 20+ year professional in the Talent Management and Organizational Development arena. As a college undergraduate, Lori interned with AT&T in various HR capacities. After a brief stint at “Essence” Magazine as an associate generalist, Lori embarked upon the bulk of her professional career at AT&T/Lucent, where she served as one of the primary architects of their succession planning, leadership, organizational development and performance management infrastructure.

Following a brief stint at DoubleClick as the VP of Learning and Organizational Development, Lori served as the global head of Learning and Talent Management at both BOC, Inc and Merrill Lynch. While there, she spent most of her time serving as an executive coach and building a global performance/talent management and OD infrastructure in the North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America regions.

Lori currently holds a BS in Management/Marketing and an MS in Adult Education and Counseling Psychology, both from Rutgers University. Lori has a son, Aaron, & resides in NJ.
