Today, my attention turns to some of the interview questions that I will be asking our keynoters at Learning 2011. Let's start with John Lithgow.
As you may know, He is a Tony®, Emmy® and Golden Globe® Award Winner, with dozens of films, plays, television shows, books and more under his belt, including Footloose, Dexter, 3rd Rock from the Sun, Shrek and The World According to Garp. Lithgow is a passionate believer in the Power of the Story and Storytelling.
On Tuesday afternoon, I will set up our stage to look a bit like the "Actor's Workshop", where a well known actor is interviewed about their craft. I want to combine some of my own questions, some that will be sent to the stage in real time and some from our participants prior to the event.
The intent is to explore Storytelling with John Lithgow. How he views the story and the craft of storytelling - from a writer, actor and director perspective. This has real implications for our field of learning design and delivery.
